ORDERS

To place an order, simply add the items to your cart. When you are ready, click 'checkout'. Payment will be processed by PayPal (please note you do not require a PayPal account; all major credit and debit cards are accepted). You will receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order, as well as a receipt from PayPal. If your order is being sent via a tracked service you will also receive a notification when it has been dispatched.
SHIPPING
All orders, unless otherwise notified (or items marked as 'pre-order'), and excluding Furniture, will be shipped within 2 business days. If your order contains a 'pre-order' then all items will ship together when the pre-ordered item is available. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout. UK orders will be sent via a 3-5 working day service. We offer free delivery in the UK for orders over £50. European orders will be sent via Royal Mail's 5-7 working day service. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail's 7-10 working day service. If you would prefer that your order is sent via an express or tracked service, please get in touch with us to discuss this prior to placing your order.
RETURNS
We hope you are delighted with your purchases. In the event that you are not, we are happy to refund any non-personalised item within 14 days of order. Please note we will only cover the cost of return postage if there was a fault on our behalf, i.e damaged or incorrect item/s (please notify us of this within 48 hours of delivery). This is in addition to your statutory rights.
